Terms and Conditions

Upon payment of the invoice, you signify your agreement with the following terms:

1. Vehicles exceeding a 5-year age threshold are ineligible for claims.
2. Claims cannot be processed for missing or damaged interior equipment, encompassing shift knobs, headrests, sunshades, spare tires, jack tool kits, floor mats, cigarette lighters, remote controls or screens, and radios.
3. Claims regarding exterior damages indicated prior to purchase, or deemed as minor, negligible, or imperceptible, including scratches, small dents, holes, and minor rust, will not be entertained.
4. Any consumables such as oil, fuel, tire tread, air-conditioning gas, etc., are exempt from claims.
5. No claims will be accommodated for Engine or Transmission issues post-collection at the port.
6. Red Sun JDM bears no responsibility once the vehicle is loaded onto the vessel; thus, any fire, sinking, or losses sustained by the vehicle due to ship or shipping line issues are beyond our purview.
