How the buying process works

We have access to all auction houses in Japan. Simply let us know the vehicle make, model, and specifications you're looking for, and we’ll find the best options for you. We will also provide a detailed translation of the auction sheet for each option.

To participate in an auction, a deposit is required:

$1,000 USD for vehicles under $5,000 USD

$1,500 USD for vehicles over $5,000 USD

$2,000 USD for vehicles over $10,000 USD

If your bid is successful, full payment for the vehicle must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.

 We can purchase vehicles from dealerships and private sellers in Japan, including vehicles listed on Yahoo Auctions.

Available listing information, photos, and basic estimates can be shared first.

To contact the seller, confirm availability, ask extra questions, request additional photos, negotiate, or reserve the vehicle, a deposit is required.

This deposit is credited toward the purchase if you proceed through us.

If the vehicle is already sold, unavailable, or has a major undisclosed issue, the deposit can be refunded or transferred to another vehicle.

If you change your mind, delay, or purchase through another company, the deposit is not refundable.

Once the vehicle is reserved, full payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.

 We offer direct inspections for vehicles from both auctions and dealerships. Our experienced mechanics will thoroughly examine every aspect of the vehicle or focus on specific areas based on your requests.

Auction inspections start from $30 to $250, depending on the location and type of inspection.

For dealership inspections, the cost varies based on the vehicle's location. You will typically receive over 40 photos along with some videos of the inspection.

 We accept deposit payments via Wise, and wire transfer or ACH transfers.

For vehicle payments, we only accept Square Payments, Wise and wire transfers. When making a payment, we always request a copy or picture of the transfer confirmation.

Please note that while Wise payments are instant, wire transfers typically take 2-3 days to reflect in our account in Japan.

 When purchasing vehicles from either an auction or a dealership, it typically takes about one month to secure a shipping space and get the vehicle to the port. However, this timeline can vary due to various factors in the complex export industry. Rest assured, we will work diligently to expedite the process and minimize waiting time! 

 We handle all documentation related to the export process from Japan to your port. You will receive both the original documents by mail and digital copies. For shipments to the USA, we also provide the necessary information for ISF forms.
